THE Society of

Earned Excellence

To Our Champions,

I started Champions of Tomorrow because I’ve lived two very different worlds. I grew up in the St. Louis Metro East—where you learn early that potential is everywhere, but opportunity isn’t.

Later, I worked on Wall Street and saw how access—to people, to resources, to guidance—can change everything. That contrast stuck with me. I kept thinking about the talented students, determined professionals, and ambitious entrepreneurs back home who had the knowledge, the capacity, and the grit, but not the same doors open to them.

They don’t need saving; they need amplifying.

Champions of Tomorrow exists to invest in people who are already doing the work. Through scholarships, mentorship, workforce development, business education, and real-world opportunities, we’ll help remove barriers and connect you to what’s next.

This is more than a scholarship fund. It’s a community. One built on earned excellence. One that lifts as it climbs.

We’re just getting started, and I invite you to be a part of it.
